About this property
Seabrook Cottage - Nestled among the trees, a quiet rural retreat!
- Comfortable, 10 year old house which is private and a 10 minute drive from the beach. Low country roads and plantations to explore and 45 minutes from Charleston gardens, plantations, and shopping.3 miles to boat ramp at Steamboat Landing,which has a pier for fishing and crabbing,and floating dock. Our cottage has new Pergo like flooring which replaced old carpet and has been newly painted. It has a bedroom with a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds. Our screened porch is inviting and early risers can often see deer crossing the yard and enjoy myriad bird songs.
Botany Bay is a new DNR property where you can Hike,Fish,Swim and enjoy unspoiled out-of-doors in approx.5,000 acres.
