I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Can at the reception for the warm welcome, excellent customer service, and making the check-in process smooth and easy. I also want to recognize Diyar, the bellboy, who was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our luggage and ensure we were comfortable. I left Istanbul for a few days to another city and they were able to hold the luggage I did not need to take with me. That was a HUGE help and I cannot thank them enough! They made my travels a very enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend them enough! Their outstanding hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
