I made a reservation months in advance for a room with a disabled accessable shower. We were told that the hotel was overbooked and when we fought to get the room we actually paid for, the accessable shower was inoperable. We stayed 6 days and it wasn't quiet at all. Very subpar. Would not stay there ever again.

Good location and clean, probably the 2 main things to mention, on the opportunity side, there are a few. We stuggled to get a towel, we were 4 and we only had to towels, the lady at the front desk was not very cooperative. The food at the breakfast was average, with the exception of the prefabricated omelettes that were burned. The insulaton of the rooms is not good, we had some noisy neighbors upstairs and we heard them stomping well after midnight. Finally it took several minutes for the checkout, the guy there was taking a call in the speakerphone ignoring me as I was transparent. Finally the upholstery of the chairs of the dining room and the one at the room was peeled, in bad need of replacement

Needed a quick one night stay and this worked perfectly. Two queen beds and had lots of space. Clean. Only negative- very little counter space in bathroom.

Will not be a clean and safe environment or family friendly until they kick the smokers and drinkers out of the main entrance, whom leave their smoke and alcohol smell all the way to the elevators (billowing smoke cloud and beer smell from the parking lot to the elevators)

Dirty hotel with bedbugs
The bed had bed bugs! Woke up to several red itchy dots on my legs and arms. Shower was extremely dirty and had mold.

Christmas Vacation
The room was great and comfy even though the refrigerator did not work properly. We had brought our own cooler so we were able to keep our drinks cool. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. I expected the staff to be grumpy having to work Christmas Eve/christmas day, but the staff was extremely helpful and professional, especially Ben at the front desk. Will definitely stay here next time I’m down.

Would have given them a 5 but rated with 4 because of three issues. Sorry guys 1) Noticed at midnight, room with very little toilet paper. 2) Calling the front desk, using the phone from the room, phone was dead. Had to wait until morning. 3) Tub faucet was off the wall with a gap about 1 1/2 inches. Seems one of the previous guest used it as a step, to move the shower head. Otherwise, room was clean, quiet and breakfast good
