"I made a full payment days before the check-in, and the property management cancelled my reservation claiming my payment was not received. I contacted my credit card, and I was the payment was authorized and paid. What is even worse is that hotels.com sends confirmation and survey about a stay I never got to stay at. I suggest hotels.com cancel this user!"
