"When we first got there it was a bit mixed up, a nightmare, but that was down yo me. The lady was very understanding and helpful, it was as if nothing was yo much trouble, friendly staff. Very clean, hot tub was amazing. Thankyou, only one little complaint, the guy that was going round cleaning the hot tub. The lion hotel

8/10 Good

"The art is excellent The bathroom excellent The dinner good The breakfast ok The bed good"

Prince Rupert Hotel

8/10 Good

"The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, great for exploring. Room was very basic and being honest, a bit smelly. But i just needed a bed for the night, so wasn't that bothered. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception. It was my first time in Shrewsbury for many years and without her guidance i would not have found the carpark. Thanks you. The breakfast the next morning was excellent and very needed after a long night!"

The Bull Inn

10/10 Excellent

"We had a twin room, which was on the top floor. Although the bathroom was private, it was small and across the landing, which was a tad inconvenient in the middle of the night. The bedroom was noisy and very light, even with the curtains closed. We expected to hear noise from the pub underneath. However there was a lot of noise from the street below. The windows are single glazed and would definitely benefit from having secondary glazing"

The Dragon Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed for one night on a work trip and had an absolutely excellent experience. The hotel was lovely, full of beautiful 17th-century features and charm. The quaint little town was absolutely picturesque, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I was really impressed with the area. Plenty of parking around the back of the hotel. My room was very spacious, and the breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were all so friendly, pleasant and accommodating, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and it would definitely be my first choice if I’m visiting the area again. A real gem!"
