    With three bedrooms featuring a king bedroom & en-suite bathroom and two queen beds, plus a living room with a futon, guests have plenty of space to relax.
    Two and a half bathrooms, and an outdoor shower by the pool make it easy to refresh after a day of adventure.
    The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and central AC. thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience.
    The washer and dryer are in the garage where you’ll find all your pool toys, games, extra chairs, tables, etc.
    Whether lounging in the bright living room or unwinding in the lanai, guests will feel right at home.
    The large in ground pool and plenty of seating will keep the family entertained for hours.
    Whistle stop park is a 2 minute drive, and New Symrna Beach is under 15 minutes, Disney is less than an hour.

If you use the grill, please clean it.
