"The toilet plugged, had to stand in a lake of water while taking a shower slow drain. The pillows had a funky smell to them. Rotten trim (with mold)around the heater/air conditioner.room in need of remodeling, for goodness sake at least slap a coat of paint!! You get the vibe that the people running it have no interest in fixing anything , because im sure its the way they live and that is acceptable to them.it was convenient close by the intrust arena, which should give them the motivation to fix it up and get return customers. They probably only want the people just passing by. Didnt want to eat the breakfast, after seeing how dirty things were there."

"I had a great experience during my stay. The service throughout was excellent, but I especially want to recognize Ivan. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel welcome from start to finish. Ivan was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to recommend some great Casino’s and his suggestions did not disappoint. It really made my stay even better knowing I could rely on his guidance. "Our stay included 5 adults for 3 nights while we were in Wichita for a family event. They did a nice renovation on this old house - had all the modern conveniences we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The house is full of charm and character in a quiet, charming neighborhood. (The mailman even waves and says "hi" when going about his rounds.) One person in our group enjoyed using the hot tub and loved it. Beds were comfortable and had nice, soft sheets. Even though we were fairly close to 13th street (a main east/west street -- which makes it easy to get around to things in Wichita), we did not notice a lot of traffic noise. Seemed like the house was fairly well insulated from that. It was great having two separate living spaces - nice bonus. Outdoor space was good. Loved the set-up in the kitchen. Although we didn't cook a meal, we did use the coffee pot and countertop air fryer for breakfasts. All in all, we had a relaxing, comfortable stay. And I believe the host was probably the most responsive I've ever had with a rental. There was an issue (which was largely caused from a very last-minute rental request on my part) at check-in. But the host responded to me almost immediately and the issue was solved. Maybe the only caution is to be aware that the stairs going down into the basement were somewhat steep, but nothing crazy or dangerous - just might want to be aware if you have children or elderly folks in your group. The house worked well for us."
