  • The detached property in a very quiet location with a living and usable area of approx. 110 sqm is on a slope to the Edersee lake 200 m away with a lake view, large garden approx. 1,000 m, terraces and play area. Parking is possible at the house or in the carport. The kitchen is modern equipped with all extras (fondue, raclette, etc.) The dining table seats six people with a lake view. Garden furniture available. Shower and bathroom separated. Books and games abound.
