Great Place
We had a family ski reunion, the VBRO was perfect except location, a little far from the resort, about 30 minutes. Other than that we enjoyed the place. The hot tub could have used a good cleaning, the garage was to cold to use the e-games. Someone came in during the day with out any announcement, one of our group was in the lower level had heard someone walking around, that was a little concerning

Large family Christmas
Excellent overall! Made for a special family Christmas. Location ideal for winter play! Home spacious & comfortable & filled with all the “extras” for food prep and hygiene. Property manager very reactive when needed. Would definitely do again!

Great place!
The house accommodated all my guests for my wedding party. It’s a beautiful home with nice views of the valley. We had quick responses when we had questions. Would stay here again if I had another group gathering!

Beautiful home and location. So many amenities! Extra mattresses, bedding, etc. There was a small problem checking in with cleaner still there but we worked around that. Host very communicative and helpful. They were quick to answer questions and solve problems.

It is Eden
We had a lovely stay. Due to the amazing snowfall last winter the hillsides were lush and green. The reservoir was brimming full and we had a fun afternoon boating. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and was comfortable. Some of the family discovered kite flying on the spacious lawn. They described it as “life changing”. Badminton was also a hit. The cows in the pasture next door came to the fence from time to time to the delight of our littlest grand children. The perfect place to relax and get in touch with life.

Perfect Stay! Highly recommend!
We were in town for my step sons wedding. The house was “home base” for us all throughout the week. It allowed for all different friends and family to come together and enjoy time together and separate (as needed). The place was so clean and had all the space and utensils for hosting. We were able to pull in the additional tables and chairs from the garage when we needed more space. They thought of everything. I highly recommend for a small family, large family or multiple family get together. It was the perfect location to get into town or find some slopes. Absolutely amazing and the locals are awesome. Get to know them. Some of the friendliest people I have run into in years.

Family reunion
We had 23 people stay ages 1-70 and everyone had plenty to do and places to sleep. Good house for teens and kids, as the game barn is a lot of fun. Theater room a plus for older ones too. Would stay again

We had our annual 4th of July family reunion in Eden and absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. The home fit all 5 families where we had plenty of room and pretty close to being ADA accessible. Everyone loved the game room. We held lawn games and flew kites on the outdoor open area. Visited the neighboring cows and donkey. The theater was a great place to cool off and watch a flick! We enjoyed the fireworks show up the road in the town of Liberty as well. I’m sure everyone in the family would enjoy a trip to this wonderful getaway again!

It’s a great property to host a large group! The home is nicely updated and has majestic Mountain Views. The Arcade was a hit with the kids. Kitchen was well equipped to feed a large group. There are only two bunk beds downstairs and 3 bunks upstairs so it’s a little misleading with what is posted. The house/garage does need a deep cleaning along with hot tub maintenance, but despite those issues we highly recommend the property! Thanks for having us!

Wonderful large home on a beautiful property.
The house was perfect for our family reunion and the yard was large and beautiful for our activities. The game garage was a hit with the grandkids too! I also really liked all the labels to tell where everything was - it was very well stocked with bedding, supplies, etc. The host was also very responsive to questions.

First time reunion
We had about 24 family members who came from all over the country. When we arrived, all four of the garbage bins were way full. But, the owner quickly figured out what had happened and took care of us overnight. This was a perfect location for all of our outside and indoor activities. For the size and variety of people in our group, this would be our choice for a return experience.

Perfect for large family gatherings
This property is well kept and clean inside and out. It’s located in a beautiful area. There is plenty of activities on site to keep adults and teens occupied and a beautiful yard for little ones to play. There is also a play room for children inside. The main living areas, both up and down were big enough for our large family to gather. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles on site. The host responded quickly to answer the questions we had both before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!

Great place with lots to do for all ages
A lovely place to stay and enjoy the Eden area. Lots of things to do for all age groups. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will be back in the future! The basement bedroom no longer has two bunk beds as described and pictured in the rental description. It appears the bunk bed was moved to the barn. Need to update the listing to accurately reflect the current bed accommodations.

Truely Eden
We had a great time! The arcade was a teen favorite. Plenty of parking. Little kids loved the stream and petting the cows when they’d come to the fence in the afternoon. I loved the huge windows and being able to enjoy watching the wildlife in the pond: sandhill cranes, ducks, a loon. Also enjoyed the large refrigerator and separate freezer. The induction range top was a little challenging but we got the hang of it. Hope to be back next summer. Thanks!

You won’t regret it!

Great for large groups
Our women's hockey team rented this property and it was great...there is no where else in Ogden that I could find that could house all of our 25 players together! The only downside were the 4 bathrooms - a little tough for 25 women, but we made it work. It was an awesome place and the owner communicated throughout the who process, before, during and after our stay!

There were 16 friends and family that shared the home. The house was big enough to have plenty of room and we loved the game barn! Everything was great except the hot tub wasn't cleaned.

Destination Christmas
This place has it all for a big family!! There is entertainment for all ages. My very large family came here for our Christmas getaway and couldn't have been more pleased. Our group age range is from 2-47 and we all had a blast! If a 'get away' is truly what you're after, this rental is a great place to do that. The location gives it such a peaceful feeling and it's not on a main street with traffic. You can see the ski lift at night lit up which adds to the ambiance of the cabin feeling. Outside in the hot tub was perfect with the cold weather, snow, and quiet surroundings. Eden is surely a little piece of paradise.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
I wanted to getaway to celebrate my 30th bday and this was the perfect place for me and my friends who live in Salt Lake. This house had plenty of space for couples, kids, and singles! We also really appreciated that this place was prepared to host a lot - so much silverware / bowls / ,cups / towels / extra mattresses and bedding / and great bathroom space. I had to work while there and the office was a perfect place to get away from the crowd. The barn was so nice! Heated and so many games. The hostess was very responsive. And the views were incredible! Comfortable beds and air conditioning was controlled on each floor which was great! The fire place was a very nice feature especially in the winter. And there was even a horse next door that the kids (and adults) loved to go say hi to! Overall 5 stars! Only thing that went wrong was that the projector was in the shop and some of the kids were a little disappointed, but were well entertained by the amazing little kids room upstairs! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Family Gathering
My lovely daughter (eldest of 7 children) married her sweetheart!! What an exciting time. Only problem was she married her beau in his home state, which none of he family resides in. No problem, we found this beautiful property. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, siblings, 19 people aged 5 to 70 fit easily and had a wonderful time. It even readily accommodated my mother with ADA needs. The home allowed our family to relax and socialize between wedding related events. We had such a wonderful time and the kids are already asking when we can stay there again.

There was a lot of space, plenty of beds/bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen was nice and the fridge had lots of space. The deck was large. The theater room was really nice. The only real complaint was the play room garage was a little messy and the race car arcade game didn't work.

Beautiful rural property, great amenities!
We had a large family gathering and the neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the barn with all of the games and activities, and the adults enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent Family Reunion
This property was so wonderful, it had everything we expected and everyone (even the teenagers) had plenty to do. We always have our annual family Olympics and the yard was Stacie said yes to do our games. The interior of the house and accommodations are beautiful and we had space for free time. I would highly recommend this for family reunions. Our host Tiffany was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating to anything that we needed.
