"My wife and I along with our kids, their spouses, and granddaughters have stayed in a number of VRBO homes in the past. This incredible home is hands down our favorite of them all! The house was beautiful, well decorated, very clean and spacious for our family of 13. The pictures are great representations of each of the rooms. And the view of Ogden Valley is spectacular!From start to finish we had a great experience. Kristal was very communicative before and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality utensils and appliances. We had plenty of towels and beach towels. The hot tub was clean and really nice after a day wrangling with the granddaughters. Making s'mores on the gas fire pit was a favorite of the kids. The kitchen (oversized stove top, 2 ovens …) was spacious and made cooking a lot of fun when preparing meals for us all. We loved the built in kitchen table for meals and games. My two sons had some epic foosball games on the bottom floor. The furniture and beds for all rooms were comfortable and made this house a great home for the 4 days we were there.The pool is not far away and definitely worth the time. We took advantage of the pickleball courts at the Junior High and hikes from North Fork Park.Overall, we could not recommend this house more. We listed no negatives because there were none. We look forward to another visit in the future!"

"This was a perfect place for us. You can tell the home has been thoughtfully put together by the owners because we we felt that all of our needs were met. There was plenty of room for us to gather as well as room when we needed our own space. Overall, we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place"

"We needed a fun girls' trip, and this cabin was the perfect place to go! It’s beautiful—super clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Since it used to be an inn, we each had our own bathrooms, which was such a bonus! The cabin has modern updates, comfy beds, and charging stations in every room.The kitchen had plenty of seating, a large island for meal prep, and a huge Sub-Zero fridge/freezer—great for groups. The spacious family room upstairs was perfect for playing games, watching movies or just hanging out all together. The pickleball court was a big hit too! We loved sitting on the peaceful porch in the mornings and evenings—it was incredibly relaxing.The cabin was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is ideal—close to Pineview Reservoir for lake days and paved biking trails that take you through charming nearby towns. The outdoor gas fireplace was great for making s’mores without the smoky smell, and the starry skies at night were gorgeous.They’ve made great use of the space. Even with a large group, it never felt crowded. There’s room to spread out. The bunkroom would be a perfect place for cousins or kids to hang out. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"We rented this property 3 years ago and it was quickly voted the place to book again. We were expecting to utilize the "activity barn" again, and were initially quite disappointed to see only the foundation (cement pad) was left to serve as a basketball/pickleball court. The owner had placed the ping pong table and few electronic games in the garage and we put them to good use. The house itself served its purpose beautifully. We had over 25 people during the day of all ages from all over the country join us and everyone totally enjoyed the facility and the local community. The owner was a great host and prepared a clean,well-stocked facility. "
