"This was an unplanned stop for us en route to Lake Chapala because we had car some trouble. What a great surprise. Ale was super friendly and helpful checking us in and getting us parked. The room was clean comfortable and air-conditioned. We enjoyed some food from a nearby restaurant and slept well. Thank you and if we are in this area again, we certainly know where we can stay safely and comfortably again👍"

"This will be our family's second stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Location is very safe and quiet. Food was delicious. A big plus is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. Other than that our stay was great."
