Air conditioner unit is switched off during winter and you are expected to open the balcony door for ventilation. There is no restaurant around the area and the nearest convenient store is 10mims walk away. "

"Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. While it may be a bit out from the center of the city, it's only a short walk from the coast and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again for a few nights in Jeju-si."

We got out immediately but they still demanded that we pay. The expedia should be updated and they should let guests know when they check in to avoid this problem in the future. Overall the hotel was nice but the miscommunication was not appreciated. "
