Staying at the Cocknbull Boutique Hotel was a perfect spot, beside the Campaspe River and only steps away from all the cafes and attractions Echuca has to offer. I was very close to where I needed to work and only walked 500mt to my destination. Looking forward to staying again, with great hosts who were very attentive.

Lovely apartment, conveniently situated by the river and a short walk into town. Appreciated the provision of a few homely supplies to get the holiday started. Many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby if you don't wish to cook. Nice pool and garden area to relax in also. Paul was very informative and helpful throughout our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyable place to stay overnight on our way home from visiting family in Western Victoria. Room was well laid out, clean and spacious with a spectacular river view. The pool / outdoor area was well laid out and provided a relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

I booked this room very last minute. Summar was very accommodating and made everything simple. The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Location, very quiet, walking distance to Port of Echuca. The only thing we did not like about the accommodation was that there is no door on the toilet area.

To get to our room there was a set of stairs that in my mind was quite dangerous, also there was a swimming pool area and we were not told nor was there anyway to find out how to access this area. The kitchenette had very high bench tops with a gas burner on top of them which made cooking a little dangerous, parking was another issue as it was a very tight squeeze. The rooms were clean and neat with free wifi, but over priced for what you get.

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry your apartment did not meet your expectations. In every room there is a compendium with information about the swimming pool, how to access and pool hours. Our kind and helpful reception staff are also available to assist with any inquiries during our guests stay. All our kitchen bench tops are standard regulation height and the stove top conforms to Australian safety standards. To date we are proud to say that we have never encountered any guests suffer an accident from cooking on the gas plates, however as additional safety precautions we have fire extinguishers and blankets located under the sink of every apartment. We will not deny that the driveway is narrow at 3.2 meters wide, however we offer parking at the front of the building for guests who are not confident navigating through narrow spaces. We wished you had raised your concerns whilst staying with us so we could offer solutions to your concerns and provide a 5 out 5 experience with us.

Great place to stay in Echuca
We really enjoyed our stay at the CocknBull. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us and our adult daughter. The owner was lovely and welcomed us warmly. The location was perfect - an easy walk to the restaurants for dinner and to the river for a morning walk the next day. Would have loved to stay a bit longer.

Nice room with very friendly receptionist.The downside unfortunately is that there is a roadworks nearby with a piledriver going from 7.30am until 5.00pm.Although this is no fault of the hotel it has to be mentioned.The town is pleasant with a historical area to see. Breakfast can be had on the corner less than 100 metres away. There is a small car parking area outside. If you have a room upstairs you have to carry your own suitcases. For anyone interested in cars there is a Holden Museum next door.

Hi William, Thank you for your review of our place. I am so sorry the roadworks upset your stay. I know it is of no consolation to you but the pile driving is now complete so we thankfully no longer have that noise bothering guests and residents alike! We are fortunate to have so many dining options in Echuca./Moama. Without tourism our town would not have such great places to eat, so we thank you for visiting our lovely town and hope you will return soon.

Quiet nights stay, considering how Many Apartments are nearby. Clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Ordered a Cheese platter pre arrival, which we enjoyed😁. Not a lot of parking😐

Great location and comfortable
Fantastic to be collected from the local airport by Summer at no charge, thank you. Accommodation was in excellent location and was very nice, clean and comfortable. Only negative was we could hear the conversations, music and TV in the next room through thin walls. Not a problem while sleeping though.

Modern apartment in great location
The one bedroom apartment was beautifully and modernly decorated. It provided all we needed, including kitchen with coffee machine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the heated towel rail pleasant on a cold morning. The location is close to the Echuca wharf, restaurants, pubs and shops as well beside the Campaspe River and a walking track. The only negative was the poor water pressure in the shower in our apartment. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon.

Just Visiting For Work
I had to go to Echuca for work and my wife came with me for a trip. We really enjoyed our stay, we were meet with friendly staff and they gave us some great places to eat dinner and breakfast. The room was a great size, clean and neat. I will definitely stay there again.

great location
Nice break away - situated in lovely spot and walking disance to attractions and eateries disappointed the wine bar was not open and no food available on site..........in fact looks like that part of the business hasn't operated for a while...courtyard area in need of weeding, tables and chairs all stacked away Good welcome on arrival,although limited car parking available, particularly at busy time of day....roadside parks snapped up and insufficient parking on site. Unit we stayed in had adjoining door to next unit and could hear conversations and screaming baby...so we had to close our bedroom door off from our lounge area..to gain some peace if we wanted a nap in the afternoon or a sleep in in the morning.. Furnishings tasteful, and even though their is no service to rooms during stay - we were provided with sufficient towels etc for duration of our stay.
