"The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. "The property owners were so nice and helpful. They helped us get a cab to go to dinner because there is nothing close to the property. The property was sufficient for a one night pre-cruise stay. We booked three rooms, one of which was spacious and had a great water view. The other two were smaller and simple. It was definitely good value for the price and if you are just looking for a place to stay for the night."

"The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. I didn’t realize this until I got there, so walked down the road to KFC to get wifi and message. She replied within minutes, then came and picked us up in her car and drove back up the road to the property. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, helped coordinate a taxi after checking out, and even messaged later to make sure I made it to my next destination. Definitely recommend! A+++"
