"Great and modern hotel.
GOOD:
- amazing breakfast
- large rooms with balcony and mountain view
- lot's of parking / garage and front of hotel
- friendly stuff
BAD:
- if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free)
- charges in general for drinks are very high
- they don't take American Express "

"This was a wonderful choice for a quiet place to stay in Garmish-Partenkirchen. Phillip, a 3rd generation owner / manager of the hotel was incredibly helpful in many respects and speaks excellent English. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a short stroll from a main shopping street with many great eating options. Room had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains.
Had to provide passports when checking in (very common) and Phillip noticed my wife's birthday was the next day and they...
