"Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really."

"The most friendly people you will ever meet. Engaging, helpful and pleasant. Kizzy never forgot my tea each morning at breakfast. Jacentha, the director of guest services was always close at hand and willing to address any issue, however small they may be! The entertainment was amazing every evening. Fun vacation!"

"Wow - what can I say . This truely is an amazing place to stay on vacation or for a special occasion to relax . The rooms and the private gardens are both very spacious and very well equipped with (more than) everything you could want or need ( the only thing I would add is that it would have been nice if the in room plunge pool had the option to be heated). There was a dedicated butler to look after your restaurant or excursion reservations, drinks, laundry, 24 hour in room dining etc . We had an amazing butler named Ethan who made our stay beyond 5* - thank you so much Ethan . He made everything look so professional and seamless - it was on the level with top Dubai and Far East hotels that we’ve stayed in . All the staff were also very warm delivering friendly and efficient service. We ate at the Greathouse for most meals - the food ( as well as cocktails and smoothies) were very good. A shout out to Jemma and Ginal too who remembered our food and drink preferences down to the last detail on a meal by meal basis . We have stayed at other hotels in St Lucia but if a relaxing stay with top level service is what you after , then Serenity should be top of your list. We shall be back. "

The food in the restaurants on site was delicious and offered a wide variety for all palates. The views of the Pitons from my room and from the restaurant at the resort were fantastic. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to feel pampered or wants a romantic location with their partner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. "
