This property far exceeded my expectations. The house is over 135 years old, but the 3rd floor was brand new. Everything was solid. The rooms were sound proof. The VRBO app didnt do a good job of sending messages. I had to reach out to Chelsea to get the check in info. Other than that, it was a smooth transaction.
