It's also a 10-minute drive from the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 1-minute walk from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. With it's newly remodeled modern decor with a historical reminders. this house is full of character and amenities.
