"The place was as described. Amazing view of the lake, quiet cove, pool/hot tub were great. House was spacious for our family of 10. Great for families. A few items here and there that could have been better which is the reasoning for the 8/10 review but all in all, good stay with not major issues."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Samples’ lake home — it truly had everything we needed and more. The entire process was seamless, and Jennifer was fantastic to communicate with from start to finish.We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch while our daughter had a great time completing the scavenger hunt thoughtfully put together by the Samples ahead of our arrival. It was such a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.Thank you again for making our trip so enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this lake home to anyone looking for a perfect mix of golf, lake access, and a relaxing getaway!"

"We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. We had a little trouble accessing the dock with our boat, and the kitchen lacked enough utensils and dinnerware for all of us, but otherwise would stay again! Plenty of room for the whole family, and loved being able to spread out, play in the game room, do laundry after a day on the lake, and the nearby amenities."

"Beautiful property, very well stocked with everything you may need. The host is extremely attentive, responds quickly and is willing to come and help with any issue - even late in the evening. There is a game room with pool table and air hockey. Lake access is excellent and just has kayaks available for guests to use. You can bring your own boat / jet ski. Definate 10/10!"

"My family of 10 had a fabulous time at this beautiful home on Lake Sinclair. The house was very spacious. The open kitchen, living and dining area was where we spent most of our indoor time. A wall of windows overlooks the lake and opens onto a very large porch with tons of seating, some covered some open, and a gas grill. The main floor has a very large, comfortable main bedroom with a wonderful bathroom. The huge shower was able to accommodate our son’s entire family for several fun showers! There are 2 more bedrooms which share a bathroom. Downstairs has another main bedroom with an ensuite and a fifth bedroom with an unattached bathroom. There is a movie room with a full bar and mini kitchen and a game room with shuffleboard and a golf video game, too! Outdoors is another large covered porch and a fenced in yard. Outside the gate is a gently sloping, paved path to the dock and a fire pit by the lake. The owners provided life jackets, fishing poles, kayaks and a large splash pad for the lake. Our 3 1/2 year old twin granddaughters had a blast!! We also rented a pontoon boat. We spent most of our time on the boat or in the lake. We hope to return to this home next year. Thank you to The Jones for sharing your wonderful lake house with us!!"
