"This property was fantastic! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy different activities. We spent most of our time fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, reading, and puzzling at the house. This house has everything you need stocked and available. The hot tub and fire pit were also a bonus since it was a fall stay. The host/property manager are very responsive as well! We would stay here again!"

"The lake views were breathtaking and we enjoyed the dock area while we fished. The house was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the porch area in the morning. The grill was perfectly placed for easy cooking and passing into the kitchen. Only one small problem was the use of the microwave it kept locking up after every use. King size bed was very comfortable but it was the only bed we used. Overall great place to enjoy the lake. "

"The house was exactly as advertised absolutely beautiful home!! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a full blown meal. The back patio is where we spent most of our time. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. All the sleeping arrangements were nice. There were plenty of things to do. We had planned to rent a boat but it was very windy and the water was quite choppy so we had to skip that. We did go into Eatonton and to Greensboro both only 20 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat and there is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes from the house. So all in all we had a fantastic time and we all would definitely recommend this beautiful house. Thanks to Lana and Steve they were very easy to communicate with!"

"This was our first time at Lake Sinclair. We had a great time! There was plenty of room for our large family. Beautiful view and location. A little further from a larger grocery store than we would have liked but we knew that going in. The house with all the amenities made up for it. Beds were extremely comfortable in all the rooms. Large living area upstairs! Ground level area with large game/theatre rooms with extra bedrooms downstairs gave us a lot of room to spread out. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus to keep the little ones from venturing to the water. The older kids had a blast on the kayaks. We will definitely be back. "
