- Sunny Lake House on the shore of Hatch Lake only 7 miles from the village of Hamilton, NY and Colgate University. Easily accessible flat waterfront offers a full kitchen, dining area and all necessary kitchen utensils. A family room with Wi-Fi . (3) Bedrooms with full beds and 1 full bathroom with shower downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs with (3) bedrooms. Linens are supplied. Use of 2 kayaks, canoe , rowing dinghy, and Paddle Boards. A dock is in place mid May-mid October.

Lake House
The property was great and everything in the listing. The 3rd bedroom is a loft set up which was fine. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and it was only 15 mins from the Colgate University campus! Very important for graduation weekend!
