"This is a great Stay. The breakfast really came in handy. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The gym was closed a little bit earlier than it stated, but it was still open relatively late. The staff was warm and kind. The staff was also very helpful. I got the room that had a living room and the bedroom and a nice large bathroom. That was a great amount of space especially if you’re traveling with your family for an excellent price. The room was very clean and housekeeping came in to help keep things tidy. Highly recommend"

"Food staff were excellent. For Breakfast it would be nice to have Bacon on the weekend as an option. Overall Hotel is good My complaint is some of the bed linen was yellowed. Some of the towels were old(yellowed) worn with small holes, fraying, and rough against your skin. I asked for more. One time a month ago, we stayed we asked for another room BO on pillows were so bad, the room just smelled like B O. We were accomonadated"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! We didn’t end up staying here because the place was smelly, gross, and out right disgusting! Most notably, there were several questionable characters standing by the check in desk and the check in lady mentioned several times VERY loudly our rm number which is unsafe and very unprofessional. We mentioned this to the neighboring hotel that we ended up staying at and the check in man there said they were likely setting us up to be robbed! He also mentioned there are multiple over doses there a week and the cops are there ~15 times a week! DO NOT STAY HERE"

"Lost our reservation number. Staff was untrained or not trained properly. Charged for two days when we only stayed one day There was a tornado which caused us a delay in getting there the first day yet we were charged for two days. We love Hotels.com, but this stay was a nightmare. Where can re clam the day that was not provided by Hotel Blu formerly Motel 6?"
