"We loved our stay at Harbor View Cottage! This property was everything it claimed to be and more. Nestled in the quaint fishing village of Cutler, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation, coastal beauty, and authentic Downeast charm.The cottage itself is full of character and thoughtfully maintained, with beautiful antique furnishings and a true New England feel. "My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved watching the tide ebb and flow every day. The neighborhood is nicely tucked away and we met some very interesting people. It was so close to the charming town of Eastport, a darling Bazaar owned by a local who makes all the jewelry, and an amazing ice cream stop. The house had all the amenities one could need and very sufficiently held the seven people in our group. The owner was very prompt in replying to any questions or requests...

"We came here from Altavista Va, and got to our destination later that day then expected due to traffic …we already felt welcome when we got there.Garage doors was open so we could immediately enter…once we entered upstairs fresh air was coming thru the doors which felt amazing…we all loved each room with had history in each one…we can all say we slept like babies that night…it has a beautiful back deck to watch the bay…must see view…very relaxing home to get away and just relax would stay there...

"This is our second stay at Birch Point and it was as great as the one last year. The house is clean and comfortable and the setting is perfect. Privacy and natural beauty of ocean views and wildflowers. We haven’t been to Lubec in the spring time before so we got to enjoy a whole different display of flowers wherever we went, including Campobello, than in the mid to late summer when we’ve previously visited. "We spent three nights at Cozy Capen Cottage and it was such a pleasure! This little house is conveniently located close to downtown—a 3-minute drive or, perhaps, a 10-minute walk. The cottage was absolutely immaculate. All supplies are provided, with an abundance of soft towels and washcloths in the bathroom; a Keurig coffeemaker, KitchenAid mixer, blender, and all the knives and kitchen utensils one could possibly hope for in the kitchen; and lucious, white 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases...

Luxury living, quick walk to town. King bed.

"Delightful property perfectly located a couple minutes walk to "downtown" Eastport where you can see a gorgeous sunrise. We were lucky enough to see the Aurora Borealis one night...hopefully picture below is visible Very nicely appointed home, very clean, roomy, comfortable beds, parking and getting in/out a breeze. Kitchen had everything you might need to cook, make coffee, etc.. Communication with owners clear and easy but we had absolutely no issues. Our first time in Eastport and we loved it. Great people and just enough to do while really getting to unwind. If you're reading this review considering a trip here just do it and if you select this property you will have made a very good choice."
