Centrally located, just 10 minutes to the sandy white beaches of St George Island and 10 minutes from Historical Apalachicola. This 2B/2B house was completely refurnished in July 2022. With one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa it will comfortably accommodate 6 people. A large gravel parking area gives you plenty of room to bring your boat! Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, no cable.

Weekend Fishing Trip

The view and location were spectacular. Comfortable beds and linens. The master shower was great. Everything was as listed. Super easy check in. Would definitely stay again.

What a lovely home. We could have stayed a week. It has the comforts of home with a view that announces, "vacation!" Relaxing. For those who have never traveled to the area, please note that access to services (e.g., hospitals, banks, stores) is quite limited

This place was awesome!

The house was very clean and very comfortable. I loved the full kitchen and the furniture was new and very comfy. The location was perfect, we were close to Apalachicola and St.George Island. We had no trouble checking in and I would definitely stay there again.

Eastpoint Home

Every day, we were privileged to view the bay outside the huge window in the living room. One evening, we saw dolphins swimming not far from the shore. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable house .The owner was very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Convenient, clean, NICE, with a spectacular view

Visited for a quick last minute fishing trip with my sons. This property was perfect. Well furnished, well remodeled, clean, convenient for fishing, going over to St George......or just relaxing at the house. It was perfect. Plenty of room for boat parking too.

Fourth of July Festivities

Great location to enjoy all of the Fourth of July festivities with two of our grandkids who had never been to the beach before. Easy access and a short drive to both Apalachicola and St. George Island. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us to eat meals together and have our own space. Well equipped with all the necessities and even extras that we were not expecting. Would definitely recommend and plan to return one day ourselves! The view from the living room was also a great place to start the day with some coffee!

We so enjoyed the property. It was clean, well-stocked, and was in the condition as shown in the pictures which often isn’t the case. Would have liked to have had a table outside on the porch area for dining, morning coffee watching the sunrise, or cocktails in the evening. Still, ample seating to accommodate our group of 5. As with all new model refrigerators ice was a factor but plenty of stores around to purchase what we needed so not a negative review to be made.
