1000% Recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming one-bedroom bungalow minutes away from St. George Island! The location couldn’t have been better. It offered the perfect blend of peace and convenience, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The bungalow itself was spotless. You could tell the owners take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. Everything from the linens to the kitchenware was fresh and thoughtfully arranged, and the cozy coastal décor added a nice touch that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s responsiveness. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, communication was seamless. They were quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a stress-free trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to experience the best of St. George Island!

Very nice, clean, good location studio

The unit was clean and comfortable. It's a small space yet plenty big enough for my party of 1 adult and 2 old dogs. The AC kept the space very comfortable. I don't watch much television at home but I was able to find something every night to watch on the big TV with Roku. The location is very convenient to stores and the bridge over to SGI. I had family staying there and was able to go over every day for fishing, the pool or the paved path. It's not a fancy place but it's perfect for relaxing after a day doing other SGI stuff.

Stay from hell

Absolutely horrible from start to finish! Bed and couch were sunken without any support, no other furniture to sit on to eat a meal or just relax. No table to eat off of for meals. The mattress topper on the bed was shredded and falling apart, there were blood stains on the bedding, the bedside tables were coated with dust and dog hair, the lamps/lampshades were old and stained, there was no remote control or instruction given to me, despite my requests, on how to turn off the ceiling fan light, but keep the fan going (the ceiling fan/light was right over the bed, so I could not sleep without turning off the light). I strained for long time and got a painful Charlie horse in my right leg from trying to climb onto the sunken support-less bed and trying to keep myself from falling while desperately trying to strain to reach the chain to pull down on to turn off the ceiling fan light. The bathroom was disgusting to the point that I did not shower at all during my stay for 4 nights. The toilet and shower were gross - not cleaned anytime recently as the inside of the toilet was stained and the walls of the shower were coated w/ scum and the shower head was corroded. On top of all this, the main contact NEVER answered my PHONE CALLS. On the day before I was a scheduled to check out (which was Saturday, June 14), I went to prepare my first meal in 24 hours after having spent the whole day on Friday, 6/13 in the town hospital ER due to a medical emergency related to a worsening condition that began the morning of my arrival on Tues, 6/10. I went out of my way, feeling sick and sleep deprived the day before to purchase groceries / food that my GI could tolerate. I chose this rental because it had a kitchen with a fridge and stove. On Saturday, 6/14 morning, I desperately needed to eat a hearty cooked breakfast with protein (eggs, etc) and could not drive to pick up prepared food as I only slept 3 hours, so I found the frying pan and was ready to begin preparing my meal only to find that none of the 4 burners worked. So, I called Courtney immediately and she didn’t answer the call, as usual, to ask her to call me back and let me know how to work the burners. I didnt hear back, so I called her grandmother, Joyce who I met the day before when she came over on the 3rd day when I requested a simple firm chair to sit on while eating or resting in the bungalow. She was in a restaurant and could not hear me and we got disconnected. After this, Courtney still didn’t call me
