"We picked this hotel because it was close to the PPL center to see Journey. The hotel was really nice, clean, friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Just a few minor things. The battery on the safe was dead so we couldn’t use safe. There was an empty coke can under the desk and mirror was dirty. The tall guy in the restaurant was very helpful. He helped me with the coffee machine and pushed the button for the elevator as I was carrying 3 cups of coffee. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Otherwise, the 3 minor things was not a big deal and would stay again if in the area for another event."
