Your Cape Cod respite awaits! 5 minutes walk to quiet bay beach.

  • Enjoy the best Cape Cod has to offer. At Meadow View house, you will enjoy a short walk (1/4 mile) to South Sunken Meadow Beach along a quiet road lined with views of the marsh and meadow. Views of the bay and marsh from an expansive upper deck. Unique reverse floor plan maximizes views from bright, open living area with large sliders out to the upper deck. Walk out through more large sliders to your own deck from two of the three bedrooms on the lower level. Set back from the street, this house is private and sits on an oversized, well treed lot. There is plenty of room for parking, even for a boat if you bring one. Well behaved dogs (up to 2) are welcome and will have their own bed to sleep on. Family friendly with a baby gate and small Pack N Play available for use. Ductless A/C upstairs and down. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, beach wagon, beach chairs, newly renovated outdoor shower and USB charging hubs in each bedroom. Up to two well behaved dogs are possible here for an additional fee of $150 each, please inquire.

    Blankets, pillows, dish towels, and bath mats are provided.
    Renters to supply bedsheets and towels. (4 twin beds, 1 queen bed in bedrooms, 1 full size pull-out couch in living room)

    Bedsheet and towel rental service is available for an additional fee (typically about $300 for 7-day rental). Please inquire if interested in linen rental.

Location hard to beat

This was not only a short walk to the beach, but also a great location for getting to various sites on the Cape. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. My only small gripe was that the beach chairs are slightly shabby, but the beach umbrella was key and it was nice to not have to bring one.

The VRBO was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and close to a lovely beach on the bayside. We love the Eastham/Wellfleet areas and the location was ideal for us. We would very enjoy returning here.

Great stay close to beach

This house was perfect for our family of four, and there is even room for more. The house was clean and simply laid out. Great neighborhood for morning jogs and literally a 5" walk to a beautiful beach. We really enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck each morning, listening to the ocean. The neighborhood is really quiet at night. Communication with Mark was prompt and pleasant. The only drawback was the small beds. Not really a problem for our 8 and 11 year old daughters. But the listed queen is actually a full and was short for my tall spouse. Having to bring our own sheets and towels was a drawback. Still, having said that, we would gladly stay again.

Great rental

This was a great house in a great location. Very easy walk to the beach, close to everything you need, and a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners are very nice and very responsive. The only negative was the beds were not very comfortable, but nothing a mattress pad couldn’t solve. Would stay here again.

Great Stay Close to the Beach

We had a great stay at the beach house. Everything was clean and exactly as stated on the listing. The hosts were super nice and answered very quickly. Would love to stay again!
