This is a beautiful home right on a salt marsh, with gorgeous views wherever you look. Spacious and comfortable, airy and bright, it has all the amenities you need including new mini-split AC. Its location near the bike path, beaches and Rock Harbor is excellent. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Eastham vacation at Ann's beautiful home. The home is perfectly located, is quite spacious, and has gorgeous marsh views. Ann was very responsive. We particularly loved playing lots of ping pong! Would highly recommend this home for a Cape vacation.
We had a wonderful vacation in this lovely home with its peaceful field/marsh view from most windows. Nicely appointed. Short drive to bay beaches which was almost a daily ritual for us - at a minimum for the sunsets! Easy drive to the ocean and other towns on the Cape. Great stargazing at night on the deck! Homeowner was responsive to texts, addressing our questions quickly.
First time renting in Eastham and this is a great spot!
Lovely home, beautifully furnished, fully equipped with every amenity, and located in a great neighborhood. We’re return renters who appreciate how nice this home is!
We booked this beautiful home for two weeks in August. The property, views, and location were perfect for our group. We look forward to our next visit!
Wonderful location with a gorgeous view. The house is in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and general seating areas. Ann was a delight to work with. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to others.
My family and I truly loved this home! Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. The expansive marsh views were an awesome delight from every angle of the home, and lovely deck. The location of the home is perfect, with quiet serene surroundings yet close enough to Orleans center, great beaches and the bike path! We will definitely consider a week (or 2) next year for our vacation.
Our family enjoyed the deck with beautiful views and the well appointed kitchen/dining area. The main TV is in the loft area which made it tricky to watch it after kids had gone to bed but the house had plenty of room to spread out and relax! The owner was very responsive - would recommend this property.
We loved this house! It was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out as well as a beautiful living/dining area to convene for meals, conversation and games. The view from the deck was so tranquil and ever-changing, the perfect "vacation view". We saw plenty of egrets and herons and even a couple of foxes and a coyote. Communication with the owner was also seamless. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay in Eastham. Ann's house was perfect for our family. It was very close to the bike path which made accessing lots of beaches within and beyond Eastham convenient and at no cost. Every room had a beautiful view and there was air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room which kept everyone cool. The outdoor shower was convenient after swimming and the two decks were perfect for outdoor cooking and watching the stars. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
We've been coming to the cape for literally decades and it's really hard to find a property that balances the feeling of really being on the cape (low key and focused on the essentials) with being comfortable. This house did that beautifully. It's in the absolute perfect location, has gorgeous views, is perfectly appointed and feels like quintessential Cape Cod. The house is very well laid out for families/kids so that there is nice common space but also privacy. We loved it and can't wait to come back.
The house large and fully equipped with new appliances. It had everything you would need for a great vacation. The bedroom are bright and airy with individual air conditioners. The eating area is open with a splendid view of the marshlands. Plenty of comfortable seating is available all with views. We liked everything about the house and Ann the owner. We are ready to sign up again for next year. Can’t give a better recommendation than that!
Did a post Christmas trip to get out of the city. The property was just as advertised, and Ann was super helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. We had a very chill week, within walking distance of the rail trail on which you can get into Orleans. The house has nice touches: a little chair next to some books in the kids room, a writing desk in the upstairs bedroom, enough seating in various parts of the house for everyone to be comfy in. While we didn’t make use of the decks, they would have been wonderful in warmer weather. Even though it was cold and windy, the house stayed warm and cozy. It was a great trip, and we would totally come back.
We had a great stay at this lovely home in Eastham. There was lots of room for our whole family of 8 (including a 1year old). This house is well stocked with everything that you need for a wonderful vacation on Cape Cod. When at the house, everyone enjoyed sitting around the huge table to play games, do puzzles and enjoy family dinners. We also had lots of fun playing ping pong and foosball in the basement. There are beautiful views from every room and from the outside decks. This house is also in close proximity to many beautiful bay beaches and ocean beaches. We loved going down to Rock Harbor beach to see the sunset. So many things to do - so little time!! We can’t wait to go back!!!
This beautiful home is tucked away in a quaint neighborhood but is centrally located to the bike trail, downtown Orleans, and just a short ride to Nauset beach. It is deceptively larger than it looks. I stayed there with my husband and 4 boys (ages 10-16) and we even had my brother and sister-in-law come stay with us for a couple of nights. There was plenty of room for all. After a long day of boogie boarding at Nauset, we all enjoyed coming back to the comforts of this house. The game space downstairs was a HUGE hit with the boys. Eating on the back deck was fun as well as waking up to the beautiful marsh views. It was a magical week! Would definitely return.
The house was just as nice as it seemed on the VRBO site. The owner was easy to communicate with. The check in and out seamless. We loved the location with great views and easy proximity to Cape Cod Rail Trail and obviously to beaches and restaurants.
Home has impressive views. Nice neighborhood.
Ann was great to talk to. Bright interior with lots of natural light. Plenty of room. Close to everything. We had a great time…
We loved this home! It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view! It was in a good central location and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the Cape! We will be back!
We had a wonderful week renting Ann’s beautiful home. Her communication was outstanding. The house is even better than the pictures. The beds are comfortable! The house is stocked with everything you would ever think to need. We had so much fun in the game room in the basement during the evenings. We hope to be back next year!
Ann was an incredible host. The main living area is incredible - the views!!! Wonderful location for kids to enjoy the quiet street and easy access to beaches as well as Orleans for food markets, etc. Really nice property enriched by welcoming owners!
Ann managed to accommodate our family at very short notice (1 day!) Her house is beautiful, with lots of natural light and views of the marsh from all the living areas. The kids enjoyed the basement with the ping pong table and foosball. Ann is a gracious host and answered all questions very quickly. The location is great -- we took daily hikes on the nearby Boat Meadow Beach and got delicious coffee/food from Sunbird Provisions in Orleans (5 mins away). We loved our stay and hope to back when weather is warmer!
Ann's home in Eastham was the perfect get away for me and a few of my friends! The house had everything we could have needed and Ann answered all of our questions promptly. Would love to return!
The home is lovely with lots of windows facing out over the marsh. We were just 9 mins to Skaket Beach (bay side) and 15 to Nauset Beach (Atlantic). Both covered by same $20 daily parking pass (free after 4:30 pm I believe). Quick 6 mins to giant Stop & Shop grocery. Inside the home we had plenty of room to spread out, using the Q bedroom, D bedroom, and one (of 4!) of the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. All of us slept well. A/C window units were nice since temps were over 80° during the day. There is also a futon in the 2nd floor living area. W/D were very helpful, foosball and ping pong were lots of fun. 2 nice decks. Kitchen is well equipped. Overall the house had a very nice feel.
