Plan your Outer Cape Nature Escape at this large family home in the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore "Narrowland" . Our dog friendly home is easy access to both Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches by road or bike from the Cape Cod Rail trail with easy access to the trail off from our neighborhood. This large house is nestled under the canopy of large Atlantic Oak Trees that provide cooling dappled shade and privacy . The large cape cod sandy lawn is set far off of the of the main road for lawn games and a bon fire. Convenient to travel to Wellfleet Drive-In Theater, just down the street , Wellfleet Harbor or The Chequessett Club for golf tennis or to attend a wedding , Provincetown Commercial Wharf for whale watching, Orleans or Chatham to enjoy a band concert or to take in a Cape Cod Baseball League game This spacious retreat features 3 queen bedrooms and a large bunk room second living room to accomodate different family members andchildren's sleeping otions. The second floor bunk room offers work or game space away from the main floor living activity . With a fully equipped chefs kitchen, the family can prepare a large meal and dine inside or outdoors on the mahogany deck a comfortable living area, and an office space with 1 bunk bed, 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. This home is sutable for two small families or an extended family group . Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC.
