This beautiful four-bedroom Cape-style home with central air offers comfort, convenience, and a wonderful location in a quiet, low-traffic Eastham neighborhood approximately 1.5–2 miles from both Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach. Adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore and close to bike paths, nature trails, and local favorites such as Ben & Jerry’s, Cape Cod Five Bank, the Post Office, a Thai restaurant, a liquor store, and a bike shop, the home provides an ideal blend of relaxation and accessibility. Inside, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen features a cathedral ceiling and oak cabinets, while the bright living room offers new wood floors, beadboard walls, and a large dining table that seats eight. French doors open to a furnished deck perfect for outdoor dining and lounging, along with an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The first floor includes a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with new wood floors, dressers, closets, and wall fans, and a full bath nearby. Upstairs, a second queen bedroom with TV as well as a twin bedroom share a newly renovated full bath; both rooms feature new wood floors, dressers, closets, and fans. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, two TVs with cable and DVD, and central air. Upon advance request, guests may access a Level II EV charger (JuiceBox Pro) for one vehicle for an additional fee. No pets, please. Maximum 3 cars during stay. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens from a vendor or bring their own.

Great neighborhood. Wish there was at least one cabinet for groceries. Beds were a bit hard. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was as described in the rental listing. The location provided good access to the National Seashore. The problem: nowhere in the rental listing did 1) the owner or 2) the local listing agent or 3) any other rental platform state that the owner was not providing any mattress pads, pillows or blankets this year due to COVID-19. The photographs on the listing site would have suggested otherwise. Fortunately, the on-call real estate contact provided us with most, but not all, of what we needed for the week. Gratis. This oversight, which was totally preventable, marred our arrival on a cold and rainy Sunday evening. The local agent, when queried the next day, said "Oh, all the property owners are doing that this year." Really. Well, it would be a good idea to post such information on the listing.
