"The staff was helpful in recommending pleases close by to eat, not the normal chain restaurants but local eateries which is nice to try when you're in a new city. It was my fault for not reading the room amenities, so a bit disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room, but coffee and tea were located in the common area of the hotel, so it was fine, and it was good coffee and several verities of tea. The room was clean with comfortable bed."

"I don't know what the name of the gentleman that was in the front desk, but he is prime example of how you greet someone and give them information. He held eye contact and was just overall pleasant. I've been to hotels recently, where this is missing and it's easily the first impression I get when I enter any property. And breakfast was first class."

"It was a busy weekend, long line when I checked in so the desk staff were a bit flat and not particularly welcoming. I also let them know there was lotion or soap on the bathroom door from the prior guest, they made a note but it was never cleaned during my 2 day stay. I notified them within an hour of me checking in. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was good. We also enjoyed the pool. The pool was clean and the towels although empty or very low, appeared to be restocked every couple of hours. As I said it was a busy weekend, hot weather, so the pool was popular and I wouldn’t fault them for the low towels. The deco is nice and the rooms were well maintained."
