"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a perfect stopping point between Boston and Quebec City so that I didn't have to drive the 6.5 hours all in one day. The microwave was a bonus since I do a neti pot every day even when I travel, and the underground parking was a lifesaver and worth the extra cost since it was snowing when I arrived and snowing when I left the next morning. I walked to a Michelin recommended restaurant for dinner, which was great because I didn't have to move the car and even though it was cold, I enjoyed getting a little glimpse of Sherbrooke including St. Michael's Basilica-Cathedral which was all lit up for Christmas."

"Everything about this stay was fantastic! We were initially given the wrong room, but when we brought it to their attention they fixed it right away without hesitation. The food was awesome. Pool was great even in the dead of winter. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
