"I was billed for $3.xx for something I have no idea of what it was. There wasn't anything I took or used. I see why they want a CC for incidentals, so they charge a small amount that is not worth your time but if they do this to every visitor, it does add up!"

"Room was clean and spacious - we loved the fact that the jacuzzi tub was large and in the bathroom instead of the main bedroom. My husband appreciated the tall shower head. We were also able to enter the room from both inside the hotel and through an exterior door, which made handling luggage super easy. The sofa bed mattress was fine for our kiddo, but it might not be as comfortable for an adult. The king size bed was really comfortable and the air conditioner was relatively quiet and kept the room comfortable - it would have been one of the best nights’ sleep of our trip if the fire alarm hadn’t gone off several times in the night (we think it was pulled). We appreciated being able to use our Netflix and Prime accounts on the room’s television in addition to the tv channels. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but listed offerings were standard for a hotel continental breakfast. We will definitely book again next time we’re in Mitchell."
