"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a charming, relaxing vibe, and the staff made me feel completely at home. A special mention goes to Mohammed at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation, Mohammed was consistently attentive and thoughtful. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hotel with a great location and genuinely caring staff, the Splendid Hotel is a fantastic choice. I am already looking forward to my next visit!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at UNA Capotaormina Hotel in Taormina, Sicily, and while it wasn’t perfect, the experience was overall quite memorable.The real standout features of this hotel are the pool and the cave beach—absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of the stay. The pool area is a perfect spot to unwind, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The beach, carved into the cliffside, offers a unique and secluded vibe, making it an idyllic spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the coast. The views from the hotel are something out of a postcard, particularly from the Le Grand Bleu restaurant, where you can enjoy a meal overlooking the ocean and Mount Etna. Dining there was an experience in itself—the food was good, though pricey, and you're really paying for experience. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh options. It really set a positive tone for the day. Room for Improvement: The hotel itself, while charming, is definitely dated. I wasn’t bothered by this during my stay, but I think a renovation could take UNA Capotaormina to the next level. The facilities are functional and comfortable, but a fresh update would elevate the experience and make the property feel more luxurious. "An excellent stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. We used the valet parking to make it easier. Breakfast was on the roof top and had a great variety. Staff and service were excellent. Quick service for cleaning rooms. I would recommend the hotel and stay again."

"This was the one of the best hotel stay’s that I have ever had. The concierge and front desk personnel were extremely kind and helpful. Also the location of the hotel was amazing, we were a 3 min walk from the cable car that goes into the city center. The hotel is right on the beach which is so convenient. "The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop if you haven’t much baggage. It’s very close to the metro station which is one stop from the train station. This was very convenient for me since I used Catania as a base to explore Taormina and Siracusa. It is around 15 minutes walk from the duomo and main tourist sites. The restaurant behind the hotel had live music outdoors but it was quiet by 11 pm. The breakfast buffet was very good with a fine array of choices. Management was very prompt in replying to queries on WhatsApp. Highly recommended. "
