"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a nice pool that was very clean also. I like the location of the motel. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and ice cream! A nice place to stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Waterside Inn! Overall, it was a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. The property and amenities were very well maintained, and everything felt clean and inviting. Our favorite amenity by far was the private pier—we spent a lot of time fishing and crabbing there, and it really made our trip extra fun. Not to mention the STUNNING sunset views. The only minor issues we noticed were that there was a tissue left in the peephole of our room, which we assumed was from a previous guest, and we found a few hairs on the towels that had been provided. However, when we requested fresh towels, the staff had them readily available with no problems at all, which we really appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast because it’s served from 7:00–9:00 a.m., and we never managed to wake up that early while on vacation! Other than that, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend Waterside Inn to anyone visiting Chincoteague."

"Conveniently located off the highway. Property is nearby to convenient restaurants, gas stations within a few miles. The staff and front desk were helpful. This place is pet and dog friendly which means is a plus. The back of property has a fenced in outdoor pool and patio. As well as ample grassy and beautifully wooded area to walk the door and or leisure. Breakfast was average. I would recommend adding more fruit and breakfast options like toast, oatmeal, bagels, eggs, breakfast meats. Instead breakfast supplied was alot of carbs. If I were in the area again I would stay here again and would recommend this budget friendly hotel."

"The property was magnificent. Our cottage had a perfect layout maximizing a small footprint perfectly so it felt roomy. The pool was clean, water temp was excellent. The outdoor space is all landscaped perfectly. The beach area was set up perfectly for viewing the sunset. Would definitely recommend staying here."
