Apartments in Eastern Plains

"The property was amazing! Very comfortable accommodating everything you needed. The biggest surprise is how wonderful the grounds were. There was a Koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and hammock didn't get to enjoy it as much as I'd like to but I will add an extra day next time to do that A very wonderful Host, Kimberlie was amazing, very responsive, great instructions Anytime I need to go to Las Animas again, I hope this property is available because that's where I'm staying"

"Really beautiful property and roomy! It’s kind of crazy that the basement is like an entire house"

"The property was absolutely beautiful, especially at night. The owners are very pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay special. I enjoyed working in the renovated Winnebago and hanging out in the outdoor kitchen/cabana area.It was one of the most unique places I’ve stayed and would definitely return if my travels bring me back to Las Animas!"

"Just excellent "

"Convenient location and prompt attention by host to questions or concerns."

"Location was great for my trip. Close to where I needed to be. Found a great restaurant a few minutes away. Would rent again"

"We ended up leaving and going to a hotel since the first thing we noticed when we walked in the mini split was freezing over and dripping water onto floor. Still waiting refund."

"Perfect!"

"Property managers great. "

"The host was great, location was good and apartment was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Curtains for windows in the bedrooms would be nice as outdoor security lights were very bright. Additional suggestions for improvement would be hangers for clothes in closets and hooks for hanging coats in open closet nook in hallway. "

"This property was great for me and my family we would definitely stay here again"

"I was staying here because my mom had surgery down the street at Parkview. This was a perfect location, safe, clean and a great price. The host was readily available when I had issues with the code. Thank you! The beds were comfortable the air conditioners were amazing! Cute decorations!"
