"Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable memory foam. Everything in the house was super clean and simple. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in La Junta area. Priced right for home size and location. Owner was great with communication as well. 10 out of 10. "

"There are full time tenants living in other parts of this house, including above this unit. We were awoken at 4:58am by the upstairs tenant stomping around with shoes on for over ten minutes, which is not something I would ever intentionally pay for. We really liked this spot otherwise - it has character and the pictures online don't really do it justice. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location. But if you value an upstairs tenant extending basic courtesy...

"The rooms were generally clean and spacious. Loved how it was furnished, ready to settle and go. Really enjoyed its location, so near to Ri erwalk. Specially, we enjoy how curtious and attentive Samantha was. She was on top of things proving everything my family needed. I will definitely recommended."
