"Parking was not safe, there were people loitering outside yelling and screaming, waking me up at 1:30am. They were looking into cars and hanging out in the parking lot. The rooms were decent, the beds were clean, I even checked for bedbugs and couldn’t find any. Overall, it was an average hotel experience at best."

"There was a sign on the front door that said to the extent, if you are found loitering on the property, the police will be called. That is not a good first thing to see. The room and furnishings were old. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. The door to get to the refrigerator was hanging off the hinges. All in all, I wouldn't recommend staying here. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The wall were thin enough you could hear the tvs from rooms on both sides. The fitness room was in disarray, equipment needed attention and provided no towels. The breakfast was average. We stayed during Duke graduation so price for the rooms was high ($650 for 2 nights)."

"Great stay at Tru by Hilton Fayetteville! The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. I liked the bright lobby, free breakfast, and convenient location. The room was simple but had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again."
