Pretty cool place for family’s, kids loved to water park. Rooms are very tired and dated but were clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a good value by any means but if you find yourself in grand forks during bad weather and want to let the kiddos have fun it basically your only option. So yea

Communication was great. Things were clean. We were visiting from Arizona and we were glad we had the ability to keep the place warm in ND winter.
