"This was our 2nd time staying at this little hotel. We were only here over night before going on to our destination. If you are looking for fancy this isn't it. But it's very clean and reasonably priced. Most of Roswell 's hotel's are very expensive. Especially when all you want is to do is sleep for a few hours. Our only complaint was the street noise. Loud cars racing up and down the street. We wish we had asked for a room in the back of the location. The check in guy was very friendly and helpful. We totally recommend this one."

"Decent place to stay. Quite close to the caverns if you're going there. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The "continental breakfast" leaves a bit to be desired. Mini muffins, various fruit and the plastic cereal tubs from the variety pack, OJ and milk. Sparse but puts something in your belly. The pool is probably one of the biggest attractions with a pirate ship for those adventurous types. If/ when the water slides are working that would be a big plus."

"Beautiful hotel, sparkling clean indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and we especially liked the large blueberry pancakes and the custom made omelets. We liked having a small kitchen in our room and a large bathtub with jets. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Very nice breakfast, beds and pillows were excellent. Service was awesome. Our door did not fit properly so light and noise filtered through. You could also hear the big truck using their air brakes on the interstate all night long. The service was great as well as the staff"
