"Traveled with a family of 2 Young kids. The apartment is brand new, nicely designed, large with 2 separate bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Located in the center. Comfortable garage in the basement. Got a free pass to the hosting hotel swimming pool and spa! Perfect stay."

"The place was charmingly quaint. A bit off the beaten path, but literally along the ski slopes. Ski-in ski-out hotel with access to the Sellaronda (but don't miss the last lift or you're in for a 40 min taxi ride around the mountain). The place was spectacular, I'd totally stay here again"

"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...
