The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and store away in proper place.
If towels were used please leave on bathroom floor to avoid ruining wood floors.
Turn off all electronics. Close and lock all windows, doors. Summer months turn off AC/Winter months set heat to 55 for baseboards and Carrier units to 63.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pets must be cleaned and on a regular tick/flea regimen. Pets are not allowed to lay on any furniture. 2 pet maximum, $60 fee is per pet.
Bath towels are not included. Towel service is available for $50. If you use any bath towels in the home you will be charged the fee.
NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED. No helium balloons No large gatherings No smoking inside the home Holiday stays require a 3-night minimum

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the Poconos! The location right on the stream was absolutely perfect—so peaceful and relaxing, with the sound of the water flowing in the background. We loved being able to fish just steps from the cabin, and the setting felt both private and scenic. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our getaway. Whether sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning or winding down on the deck at night, it was the perfect escape. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Spot!

Overall a really good place to stay. Great views from the house and it has a very cozy feel. Hosts were always responsive and snow removal was provided before we had to leave. Highly recommend!

A quiet stay at the cabin.

A nice, simple house on a gorgeous property. The creek is beautiful from the deck and firepit areas, and the large gathering room in the house was really a comfortable spot for our group. If you want a quiet spot with a view of water, this is a great option

Everything was great from location, communication, experience. House was beautiful, clean & peaceful location. We had 2 adults & 4 children & it met our needs. Host was easy to communicate with & check in/out was simple. The house was the highlight of our vacation.

Perfect Cabin

This cabin hit all our needs from comfy beds to lots of space to hangout/watch tv/play games, and of course the beautiful views! My friends and I had a great time floating in the river right infront of the cabin as well as walking or driving up to float down. Perfect area, we would definetly come back again!

Relaxing Rustic Cabin

Great views of the mountain stream. Very private feel, at the end of a long gravel road. With the exception of bath towels, which we overlooked, the house has all the basic amenities we needed.

New Year’s Eve getaway!

This is my 3rd time staying on this property. Love everything about the house which is situated in a very quiet, almost private, street overlooking the water. Vanessa is always prompt and responsive should we need anything. Will be back again!

Perfect spot for weekend getaway!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for a weekend away with friends. Location couldn't have been more beautiful. Fire pit and the creek were major highlights. Most basics we needed were included (TP, paper towels, dish soap, utensils, etc.) - anything that wasn't included was clearly listed in the instruction PDF (which was super helpful!). The whole house was clean upon arrival. Easy check-in/check-out. 5 stars across the board!

Lovely creek side cabin

Peaceful cabin by the Bushkill. Comfortable, clean cabin with full kitchen amenities. Great eating space with dining table, butcher block, and deck table on spacious deck with view of woods and creek. Good lighting in living space. Very comfortable king sized bed in master bedroom; wonderful to leave windows open to hear the running water. Creek side seating was peaceful for reading a book, relaxing. Our dog loved the creek. My husband enjoyed fishing.

Wonderful Cabin

Our stay at the cabin was nice and relaxing and full of fun. The cabin is situated nicely on a private road next to Bushkill Creek, which makes for a quiet area with good access to the water and forest. The bed was comfortable, the deck is nice and large and provides good space to sit outside and listen to the creek. We had several deer visitors each day behind the cabin. The area has many trails and hiking locations. Definitely learned a lesson on going to Price Chopper instead of Super Foodtown. Would love to stay at this cabin again. Also, in case there are any worries, the driveway really isnt an issue of getting up/into.
