However, the tennis courts, basketball courts, and walking trails will remain open well into the fall, only closing once colder weather sets in. ā 12 beautiful walking trails ranging from easy to hard. āFor VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees. āPlease be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, itās crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay. ā The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. They will reopen from August 29 to September 1 before officially closing for the season.
šPlease Note: The property is currently undergoing exterior enhancements, including the addition of a swimming pool. Please note that the outdoor area may differ from the photos due to the ongoing construction. However, all indoor amenities and features of the home remain fully available and unaffected. While construction will be in progress, it is scheduled between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM and will not interfere with your stay.
šPlease take off your shoes upon entering the house. We have wall to wall light colored carpets and want to take care of them as best as possible. $50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional. Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges.
šWe are dog-friendly. We ask that you: - keep the dogs off the furniture - keep him/her on a leash when outside - do not let them do their business in the backyard - there is a pet fee of $100 per pet, 2 dogs maximum - We are a pet friendly property and gladly welcome dogs. Please note that only dogs are permitted and a pet fee applies per stay. -Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability. -Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

āIMPORTANT ANIMAL LIABILITY INDEMNIFICATION The Property Management Company (āManagerā) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
The guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner and Manager, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneyās fees) arising from:
-Any injury or damage caused by an animal kept or brought onto the property; -Any failure to comply with local animal control or leash laws; or -Any violation of the propertyās pet policy or house rules.
Manager is not required to inspect, control, or monitor the presence or behavior of any animal on the premises. If Manager becomes aware of an aggressive or dangerous animal, Manager may immediately remove or require removal of the animal and/or terminate the guestās occupancy without refund. Guests are encouraged to carry personal liability coverage through their homeownerās, renterās, or travel insurance policies for potential animal-related incidents.
This clause shall survive the termination of any rental agreement or guest occupancy.

This house was the perfect weekend get away for my group of 10, and our dogs! This house is so spacious and clean! There was something for everyone! Very well maintained and amenities were great!!!! We have stayed at several homes this by far has been out favorite! We will return for sure!!!
The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want or need. The game room was so much fun. They really went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay there again next year. It was even decorated for valentines day.
We were a large three-generation family (6 adults, four kids ages 6,8,10, and 13), and the house was wonderful for all. The downstairs playroom was a particular hit, with basketball, air hockey, pool, shuffleboard, chess and board games. The kitchen is very large and well-stocked, and the host was very accommodating.
Great house for my small golf outing. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. House came nicely stocked with everything you need. I had an issue with the tv streaming service but communication with pocono pads was prompt. I would recommend it to anyone and will probably be back. They are even putting in a pool!
We had a wonderful family Christmas at this lovely home. Decorated both inside and out for the holidays made it magical. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, bakeware and serving ware. The kids and adults enjoyed the lower level game room. The sauna was a plus feature. The living room couch was cozy and fit almost all of us at once. The host was great about keeping in touch before and during our stay. Even arranged for snow removal. The WiFi was spotty at times but it's because of the location. The only thing we missed was enough silverware but I'm sure the host will soon remedy this. I highly recommend this place!
