These 5 bedrooms in this home are truly designed for style & comfort, each with their own smart TV! Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Right across the hall, there are two more bedrooms, with 1 queen bed in each.

Downstairs, there is a second ""master"" bedroom, with a king bed, fire place, and little seating area - super cozy! Right next door is the fifth & final bedroom, with two full beds.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
