I read the little book and knew that I was supposed to contact our host re the changing of the heat, so we did. These few days that we went was our "unplugging" time, so we did very little, but we did see the Falls, and the view from the house was outstanding."

"Parking lot very clean with ample parking spaces. Property is very old and run down. Hallway carpeting smells musty and of old cigarettes. Good size bathroom, very clean. Appropriate toiletries provided. Bathroom towels very thin and low quality. Beds and pillows very lumpy. Breakfast layout is pathetic. On a positive note, staff members from all shifts were extremely pleasant. Per front desk staff, hotel does not have an elevator, so we stayed on the first floor. Owners need to invest more in the property upkeep and maintenance, if they want repeat customers."
