"Tim was very responsive to various issues we had like needing another chair or where to park. It is very dark though so bring a night light. Lots of things to walk to. Noise no problem."

"This was just a short weekend trip for my friend and I. It was a decent stay. It could have been a bit cleaner to my liking, but it wasn’t awful. My friend and I did end up buying a shower mat since the one in the shower/tub was a bit dirty and another pillow because the second bedroom only had two rather small ones. "Very quiet area. The unit was conveniently located and had all we needed!"

"Cool, industrial apartment. The exposed brick and open ceiling makes this place really unique. Parking was a little iffy, although it being a downtown property, we were still able to find parking, even if it wasn’t in the designated area. Lots of cool bars and a few restaraunts all right there in walking distance. The bed was comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!"

"We were in the QC to meet many friends for a COL. We had not seen some for years. We went toe Farmers Market across the street found some friends there as well. Walked to a little tavern Mac’s Tap we used to go to and that was great. Good food & atmosphere."

"This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball.
