"The front desk women couldve been a bit more pleasant. They seemed that they were tired and/or not in it. It makes a big difference when you are greeted with kindness right when you walk in. That was missed this visit. "

"Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Macon Georgia. The property/building is styled in mid century which makes it a destination in itself. The staff was very professional and very welcome when we arrived. We were earlier by several hours but immediately arranged for an early check and found us a room with no waiting. The valet attendant brought up our luggage to our room for us. The hotel offers valet and we highly recommend using it. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable of the area and provided dinning options and points of interest to visit. They also let us know what the hours were of the restaurant on property. We hit up the 6th floor open bar and it was awesome. The bartenders were so much fun to speak to and they made great drinks. The view on the outdoor area of the bar were spectacular. It’s a great spot to visit after a day of exploring. The hotel is perfectly located in the historic part of town. Easy walking distance to all the popular points of interest. The room is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Immediately walking in the common areas were very hot, including the elevator. I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the room, the free continental breakfast was good.. The pool is indoors but felt like a sauna as soon as you walked inside,. It was a nice area however, the chlorine must’ve been too high because my eyes burned after five minutes which prevented me from getting in the pool. Overall, the hotel was in a nice location and I would stay there again, but hopefully they fix the air and do something about the chlorine levels in the pool."

"The room was comfortable. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. A bit of road noise, but not enough to interfere with sleep. Breakfast was okay, not a fan of powdered eggs, but there was many other choices. Waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. Would definitely recommend. Room was dog friendly and handicapped accessible."

"It was clean, but the property needs updating — some just cosmetic, a lot of minor repairs. The breakfast area was well laid out, but the hot water dispenser for hot tea was too high to safely use. The staff was very good. "
