"The lobby was nice enough but the 3rd floor smelled horribly of smoke. There were outlets dangling out of the wall, the floors were badly slanted and unlevel. The walls were filthy, everything had stains and there was not a single trashcan in the room. The window was also broken. I can't speak about breakfast because we left as soon as we could without even checking out what they had. I sent several messages to management with no reply. We would have stayed elsewhere if we could have found something available. If you have small children, please stay somewhere else. "

"I had to stay here because the races were in town and there were no other hotels. The room was clean but dated and there was a huge gap under the door about an inch and a half. There were also ants all over the sink and floor probably from the gap under the door. I woke up to ants crawling on me in bed and I put towels under the door for the draft. The staff was very polite but I think a lot of the guests were a little unsavory. The ants really made the stay unpleasant. "

"It’s a motel in the middle of America. The employees are nice, the rooms are clean. Parking was almost full but it was a lot of service workers staying there. Reasonably quiet and pretty comfortable."
