Ideal location close to Victoria Station and Walking distance to Buckingham Palace area attractions. The buffet breakfast was top notch and the staff very accommodating. Overall excellent value.

The hotel appears to be recently renovated. Our room was clean , quiet and decently, especially for Europe, sized. The bed was pretty firm but surprisingly we slept well. My only complaint, for which I substracted one star, was about towels. They were thin(not a big deal for me), but once they were used just one time, the smell was awfully musty. Otherwise, great location, easily walkable to all attractions or public transportation. Having the coffee shop in the lobby was nice really convenient.

"The rooms were clean amd the staff dre great. Sadly both rooms had terrible showers. One room would not regulate and burnt you. The other room had a bath and the water never worked from the shower."

"Lovely hotel with great staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the cottage’s which were better then we expected. They had nice views of the beach, pier and gardens.
