"Not many usual items for breakfast such as fruit/yogurt or sausage/bacon. The hot tub was closed and had been for quite some time but no notice of it had been communicated. Very disappointed about that. The room was in disrepair. "

"we booked a king bed room and got a queen room. the tv remote wouldn't work. the staff gave us new batteries and it still wouldn't function. the bed was not comfortable. the squeaky springs sounded off every time you turned over. we'll never stay there again."

"There was a large amount of visible black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our first room. There was a medium amount of black mold on the ceiling of the second room they put us in. There was no visible mold in the bathroom of the third room, but that is probably because they simply changed out the drop ceiling panels in the shower area. The third room still smelled as moldy as the first two."

"Just arrived later in the evening. Spent the night. Fantastic staff. Clean comfortable room. Restaurant under renovatio. After flood damage so continental breakfast was fresh and simple. Really great place."

"I cannot say enough awful things about the experience with the man who checked me in. Was easily the second worst experience I’ve had. He was dirty, dress shirt untucked and unbuttoned at the bottom, did not welcome us and instead stated “you here to check in?” He didn’t stand up from his chair behind the desk. Every bit of his demeanor was unwelcoming and like he was miserable with his job. It was not busy when I checked in but was later with several volleyball families arriving due to the large tournament over the weekend. Picture tons of kids everywhere and all wanting to swim. My son and his friends had fun in the pool. However- they had no towels and their dryer was broke. The TV’s only have live tv and no ability to sign into your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. had I know that it would’ve impacted my decision to bring two boys for a birthday celebration to this establishment. "

"I have 5 kids 4 of which are in travel sports, my husband travels for work, we both are also world travelers and I have never had anything stolen from my suitcase until now. The crazy thing is something told me in my head to take pictures of my suitcase’s belongings and I pushed it to the side, I’ve should have went with my gut! We were gone most of the day for a volleyball tournament, during that time my $200 Veja shoes were stolen from underneath my laundry bag. The housekeeper says she didn’t do it which honestly I believe her but she also had two other girls with her. Either housekeeping or maintenance stole my shoes! I got very bad vibes checking in and again should’ve went with my gut! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here and if you do lock up your stuff! Staff is not friendly either, there’s much better hotels in Helena!"
