The property is beautifully designed inside and out, but the service overall was inconsistent and the room photos online did not match the room I was assigned - it was somewhat smaller and had a much smaller bathroom that was missing the bathtub altogether. They changed their menu to the spring offerings during my stay and I felt like I was their menu tester or something bc most items I ordered did not match the menu descriptions (a spinach reduction and thyme herb chicken instead of grilled chicken and basil reduction on a buratta salad, malted & cultured butter w bread instead of simple whipped butter as indicated). Mohammed at reception was very accommodating as were the two bartenders, but overall service was not up to par, even for a 4 star hotel.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay. Deluxe double room was excellent. Very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Great location. Marylebone, Oxford Street and Hyde Park all nearby. Highly recommended.
